Consent for Voice Recording and Distribution:

KIC Radio seeks your permission to record your voice and capture video during this interview to
share on our KIC Radio social media channels, KIC Radio website, and KIC Radio app.

Purpose of Recording:

KIC Radio are producing a programme for Refugee Week, specifically looking at how young
people from Ukraine have settled into life in the UK, challenges faced, support given, and their
hopes for the future.
